Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: Effective September 22, 2011, we no longer provide credit card, cash, or check returns. Should you wish to return an item, we offer store credit in exchange for any in-stock, non-seasonal or non-clearance merchandise that is returned within fourteen (14) days of original purchase when you
provide your sales receipt. After fourteen
(14) days, we may issue store credit at the manager's discretion.Delivery and shipping/handling fees will not be credited back. Returned items must be in the same condition as when sold (i.e., no additional
scuffs or bumps) to receive store credit. In-stock sofas are subject to a 10% restocking fee (applied against store credit amount).Pick-up charges are calculated the same as delivery rates (should the
customer require pick-up of merchandise to be returned/exchanged). Store credit will be processed
only after merchandise is back at the store premises (in its as-sold condition). To be clear: Special-order merchandise (including sofas), clearance
merchandise, and seasonal merchandise are “final sale” and may not be returned
or exchanged under any circumstances. Items
discounted beyond advertised sale prices are also considered final sale. Please measure carefully.Q: CAN I EXCHANGE IT IF IT WAS ON SALE?
A: Yes, if within fourteen (14) days and you have your receipt. Please note, however, that items purchased at a discount below our advertised price are considered "clearance" and may not be exchanged for any reason.
Q: CAN I EXCHANGE A CLEARANCE ITEM?
A: No. Items marked "as is," "final sale," "clearance," or sold below marked price may not be exchanged for any reason.
Q: WHERE SHOULD I PARK? A: There are many parking options in both Shockoe Slip and Shockoe Bottom, ranging from free curbside parking to covered pay lots. If you are coming to pick something up, we have a loading zone outside of our Cary Street entrance. In the event the loading zone is occupied, try to pull up along the curb as best you can (use your blinkers!). If we know you are coming, we will look out for you and help bring your merchandise out to you as best we can. Are you okay with walking a few blocks? The Amtrack lot a couple blocks down from the store on Cary Street offers FREE PARKING for the first hour, and it is just $1/hour after that. Entrance to the Amtrak lot is on the left-hand side of Cary Street, just after Buffalo Wild Wings.
Q: WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR THINGS?
A: Everywhere. We travel as much as possible and buy directly from the artists and craftsmen that we meet. Our Chinese antiques were found in China; our vintage Indian pieces in India. Our stuff is authentic, made of solid wood and built by hand.
Q: WHAT'S DOWNSTAIRS?

A: We opened for business on April 28, 2006.
Q: IS THESE FOUR WALLS A FRANCHISE?
A: No. We are an independent, locally owned business.

Q: DO YOU DELIVER/SHIP?
A: Absolutely! Local deliveries are $75 for as many items as will fit on the truck. Contact the store for rates to areas beyond our local range. We will outsource for distances beyond 250 miles or so to help bring down the cost. No distance is too great, and no piece too big! If there's a will, there's a way! (For smaller-sized purchases, we will ship via UPS or the US Postal Service.) FUEL SURCHARGE NOTICE: Due to increased fuel costs, there is an additional $10 charge for local deliveries and $20 for longer distance deliveries (completed by our TFW team).
